1. The program
This Affiliate Program Policy (the “Policy”) is an agreement between you and Aletheia Wellness LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Aletheia”, “we”, “us”). It governs your participation in the Aletheia Wellness affiliate program (the “Program”). By applying, ticking the acceptance box and typing your name, you confirm that you have read the Policy, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree, do not apply.
Participation is at our discretion. We may accept or decline any application, and we may pause or end your participation at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. You may leave the Program at any time by emailing us.
2. Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, and provide accurate information: your full legal name, email address, phone number and the social media accounts, websites or channels where you intend to share your code. You must keep this information current through your dashboard. One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared.
3. Your code and how commissions work
On approval we issue you a promotional code (a “Code”). When a customer enters your Code at checkout on aletheiapeptides.com, the customer receives the discount attached to your tier and the order is credited to you.
Your commission is the percentage set for your tier, applied to the product subtotal of the order after the customer discount and excluding shipping, taxes and any fees. Commissions are calculated by our systems and our records are final. We may create, change, merge or remove tiers, and change the commission rate, customer discount, hold period or minimum payout of any tier, at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the change.
A commission is earned only when the order is paid and not cancelled, refunded, charged back or flagged as fraudulent. Commissions are held for the hold period shown in your dashboard so that returns and chargebacks can be resolved. If an order is refunded in part, the commission is recalculated; if in full, the commission is voided. No commission is paid on orders placed by you, on your own behalf, with your own Code, or by anyone acting on your instruction to obtain a discount.
You may request additional Codes or a change of Code from your dashboard. We decide whether to grant a request. A retired Code stops working immediately.
4. Payment
Balances that have cleared the hold period are paid approximately monthly, once your balance reaches the minimum payout for your tier, by the payout method you enter in your dashboard (PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or another method we support). You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate; we are not responsible for payments sent to details you provided. We may withhold or offset any amount we reasonably believe was earned in breach of this Policy.
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer of Aletheia. You are responsible for all taxes on amounts we pay you. If we are required to report payments to you, you agree to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) before payment.
5. What our products are, and what you may say about them
Aletheia sells research chemicals and laboratory materials, including synthetic peptides, strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use. They are not drugs, supplements, foods or cosmetics. They are not approved for human or animal use, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition.
You agree that you will not, in any post, video, message, comment, advertisement or conversation:
- state or imply that any Aletheia product treats, cures, prevents or improves any disease, symptom, condition or aspect of human or animal health, appearance or performance;
- describe, recommend or depict dosing, injection, consumption, reconstitution for use, cycles, stacks or protocols, or share your own or anyone else’s use of any product;
- describe our products as supplements, medicine, therapy, treatment, anti-aging, weight-loss, muscle-building or similar, or compare them to prescription drugs;
- give medical advice, or suggest that anyone use our products in place of medical care;
- make any claim about purity, testing, safety or results beyond what appears on our website;
- advertise or share your Code with anyone you know or reasonably suspect to be under 18.
Every mention of our products must be consistent with their research-use-only status. When in doubt, say less. We may require you to edit or remove any content that we believe breaches this section, and you agree to do so within 24 hours of our request.
6. Disclosure
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission on sales made with your Code, in a way that complies with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides and any similar rules where you operate. A disclosure such as “#ad”, “#affiliate” or “I earn a commission when you use my code” must appear with the Code, in the same post, video or message, before any link, and not hidden among other tags or behind a “more” button. Undisclosed promotion is a breach of this Policy.
7. Prohibited promotion
You may not: use your Code on your own orders or orders you arrange for others; post your Code on coupon, deal, cashback or voucher sites or forums, or to any Code-aggregating service; bid on or use “Aletheia”, “Aletheia Wellness”, “aletheiapeptides” or misspellings of them as paid search keywords, or in domain names, usernames or handles; send unsolicited messages (spam) or use bots, paid engagement or fake accounts; run ads that place our brand on third-party marketplaces, classifieds or messaging groups; promote our products in any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful; or use any promotion method that is deceptive, misleading or harmful to our reputation. You may not represent yourself as Aletheia, as an employee of Aletheia, or as an authorized dealer, reseller or distributor.
8. Use of our name and materials
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Aletheia Wellness name, logo and product images that we provide, only to promote your Code as allowed by this Policy. You may not alter our logo, create your own Aletheia-branded products or packaging, or register any domain, handle or business name containing our marks. Any content you create that features our brand may be reposted by us without payment. The license ends when your participation ends, and you must then stop using our marks and remove your Code from public view.
9. Confidentiality and data
Commission rates, tier terms, sales figures, unreleased products, pricing and any non-public information you learn through the Program are confidential. Do not share them. You will not receive personal information about customers who use your Code, and you must not attempt to identify them or contact them about their orders. We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Breach and termination
If we believe you have breached this Policy, we may, without notice: pause or retire your Codes; void, withhold or claw back commissions connected to the breach; end your participation; and pursue any other remedy available to us. Commissions that have cleared the hold period and are not connected to a breach will be paid at the next payout after termination. On termination, sections 5 through 12 continue to apply.
11. Your responsibility to us
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Aletheia Wellness LLC, its members, managers and staff from any claim, loss, liability, penalty or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your promotion, your content, your breach of this Policy or your breach of any law. Aletheia’s total liability to you for anything connected with the Program is limited to the unpaid commissions you have properly earned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost opportunities. The Program, our website and our tracking are provided “as is”; we do not guarantee uptime, tracking accuracy in every case, or any level of earnings.
12. General
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. This Policy, together with our website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and us about the Program and replaces any earlier discussions. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. We may update this Policy at any time by posting a new version and asking you to sign it in your dashboard; continued participation after the effective date is acceptance.
