What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, telephone number, and the research-use attestation you sign, including its timestamp
- Order details: what you ordered, shipping address, and order history
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through standard web server logs and analytics
Payment information
We do not see or store your card number. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and card details pass directly to them.
Why we hold it
To process and ship your orders, to verify that buyers are eligible research counterparties, to answer your questions, and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
Our payment provider, our shipping carriers, and our fulfilment partner — each only to the extent needed to complete your order. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records and attestations are retained for 7 years as part of our compliance records. Account data is kept until you ask us to close your account.
Your choices
Write to orders@aletheiapeptides.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to keep.
