This policy forms part of our Terms of Sale. It is issued by Aletheia Wellness LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (mailing address: 390 NE 191st St STE 8558, Miami, Florida 33179, USA).
All sales are final
We do not accept returns of opened or used product, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Once a vial has left our control we cannot verify how it was stored or handled, and we will not resell it to another researcher. We do stand behind what we ship, as set out below.
When we refund or replace
We will refund or replace an order, at your choice, in any of these cases:
- The order arrived visibly damaged in transit
- The wrong product or wrong size was shipped
- The product is defective or does not meet our stated 98% minimum purity standard
- The order has not been delivered within 14 business days of the shipping confirmation
- We cancelled your order for any reason after you paid
How to make a claim
Email orders@aletheiapeptides.com within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, for a lost parcel) with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the parcel and product where relevant. We respond within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3–5 business days to post the credit. Shipping charges are refunded when the fault is ours or the carrier’s.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing orders@aletheiapeptides.com with the order number. Once an order has entered processing it cannot be cancelled.
