These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Aletheia Wellness LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a mailing address at 390 NE 191st St STE 8558, Miami, Florida 33179, USA (“Aletheia,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of aletheiapeptides.com and every purchase you make from us. By opening an account, placing an order, or using the site, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Refunds & Returns Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
1. Research use only
Every product we sell is a chemical reference material supplied strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use. Our products are not drugs, biologics, foods, cosmetics, medical devices or dietary supplements. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection or application of any kind, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing on this site is a representation about the effect, safety or suitability of any product for any purpose other than laboratory research.
2. Who may buy
You may purchase only if you are at least 21 years old, are located in the United States, and are buying for legitimate laboratory or in vitro research that you, or the institution or business you represent, are qualified to conduct. You must hold an account with us and accept the research-use attestation before any order can be placed. We may ask for evidence of your research purpose or qualifications, and we may refuse or cancel any order, or close any account, at our discretion and without liability.
3. Your attestation and responsibilities
Each time you place an order you represent and warrant that:
- the products will be used solely for in vitro research or laboratory purposes;
- the products will not be administered to, consumed by, or applied to any human or animal;
- you are trained and equipped to handle, store and dispose of research chemicals safely;
- you will not resell, redistribute or supply the products to anyone for human or veterinary use, and you will pass these restrictions on to anyone you lawfully supply;
- you will comply with every federal, state and local law that applies to purchasing, possessing, handling and using the products in your jurisdiction, and you have confirmed that the products may lawfully be received where you are.
You are solely responsible for all consequences of any use of the products. Any use outside laboratory research is a material breach of these Terms and is entirely at your own risk.
4. Product information, purity and Certificates of Analysis
Product names and descriptions identify chemical identity, quantity and composition only. Products are supplied lyophilised in sealed vials to a 98% minimum purity standard verified by HPLC. A Certificate of Analysis for the batch you receive is available on request.
5. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order-confirmation email, and we may decline or cancel any order before dispatch, including where a price or description was displayed in error, where stock is unavailable, where we suspect fraud or breach of these Terms, or where we cannot verify your eligibility. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details. The charge will appear on your card statement as ALETHEIA WELLNESS. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide. Applicable sales tax, where charged, is shown at checkout.
6. Shipping, title and risk of loss
Shipping terms, destinations and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates. You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable address and for any charge caused by an incorrect address or a refused delivery.
7. Returns and refunds
Because we cannot verify the storage or handling of a vial once it leaves our control, all sales are final except as set out in our Refunds & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately at account@aletheiapeptides.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authority. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the site or the products for any unlawful purpose; make any false statement in your attestation or on any order; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts or our systems; scrape, copy or republish site content without permission; or interfere with the site’s operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, images, product photography, the Aletheia name and the pediment mark are owned by Aletheia Wellness LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference in connection with a purchase; any other use requires our written permission.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the express purity standard stated in section 4, products are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and any warranty about the effect, safety or performance of any product in any application. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aletheia Wellness LLC and its members, managers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from the site, the products or these Terms, however caused and on any theory of liability. Our total liability for all claims arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We accept no liability whatsoever for any use of a product outside in vitro laboratory research, including any use on or in a human or animal, which is expressly prohibited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, and in those places our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Aletheia Wellness LLC and its members, managers, employees and suppliers from any claim, loss, liability, damage or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your use or misuse of any product, any false statement in your attestation, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from a purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to write to us at legal@aletheiapeptides.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it with you informally.
15. General
These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and your purchases, and replace any earlier terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of our business. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; the version in force when you place an order governs that order.
