2. Research use only
All materials supplied by Aletheia Wellness LLC are sold strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements. They are not for human or veterinary consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
3. Buyer’s attestation and responsibility
By placing an order you attest that the materials will be used solely for legitimate laboratory or in vitro research, that you are qualified to handle them, and that you will not resell or supply them for human use. You are responsible for handling, storage, disposal, and compliance with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
4. Product information
Product names and descriptions identify chemical composition only. Nothing on this site is a representation of effect in humans, of safety, or of fitness for any use beyond laboratory research.
5. Purity and Certificates of Analysis
Materials are supplied to a 98% minimum purity standard verified by HPLC. Certificates of Analysis are issued per batch and available on request.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aletheia Wellness LLC’s liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of its products is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned. We accept no liability for any use of these materials outside laboratory research.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Formation (to be confirmed). Any dispute shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
