Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally. It is your responsibility to confirm that the materials you order may lawfully be received and held at your address.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern are processed the following business day. Processing may take longer where we need to verify your eligibility or your address.
Rates
- USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days): $12.95 per order
- UPS Ground (1–5 business days): $14.95 per order
- USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days): $19.95 per order
- Free USPS Ground Advantage on orders of $200.00 or more, applied automatically at checkout; UPS Ground and Priority Mail remain available at their listed rates
Tracking and delivery
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control, or for parcels delivered to an incorrect address you supplied.
Lost or damaged shipments
Report loss or damage to orders@aletheiapeptides.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier and refund or replace the order under our Refunds & Returns Policy.
